As interesting as it sounds...i dont think shatner can pull it off anymore. not even if he starred in the movie as kirk but incogneto (however that is spelt) besides Kirk is dead.
they cant use him as kirk from sometime before he died. thats just stupid, he looks way older than he did in Generations. Theres no way you can ressurect kirk, even if it happened in the Shatnerverse. Thats not canon

so no Shatner, but Pine all the way till hes old.




on a totally off topic note, wouldnt leonard nimoy make an awesome future sylar on heroes?

He will be in it! In the next movie. We see a a scene where the Enterprise picks up a transmission only to find that its 300 years from the past, this is the transmission.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0GAjK64VZg

Not that I'm all that big on bringing Shatner back just for the sake of bringing Shatner back, but I'm sure if it were to happen, he wouldn't be running across alien planets, ripping his shirt and then falling into bed with extra terrestrial lovelies.
