Default Do you think lucas will watch the new ST

I've been wondering this but do you guys think that George Lucas will watch this? Yes I know ILM did the SFX, but still just wondering.

I would't be surprised if he hasn't already seen it.

If this movie works, and I think this likely, JJ Abrams will be thrust into the stratosphere.

Star Wars is over. It's been over for 25 years. Let Lucas do whatever (he thinks) he wants.

Not quite....there's still the Clone Wars animated series which seems to be going strong, and the upcoming live action TV series which will take place between episodes III and IV. Star Wars is far from dead.

That said, I think GL will definitely see Star Trek with a glad heart.

I think the clone wars is just going over board. I think they made their point clear with Episode 2. Okay theres a war...whoopie. then they made the cartoon. and now with this movie its like "hey come on, lets show you other ways we won the war!"
