As far as I'm aware, you aren't a moderator, so you can't really "rule" on anything but thank you for your opinion.
Why not just NOT participate in a thread that you BELIEVE may be shut down? As an adult it is your choice to avoid activity that may cause you to earn a warning point. Instead it seems you are making one heck of loud argument that you want all these topics stopped. You say you want clarification, but that is just an indirect route to saying "hey, this isn't fair!" THAT is what I think is "crying". You've read the rules. You know the reality of the "bending" and the judgment calls the mods make. You say "no disrespect to the mods", but in reality you are questioning their past performance since they have closed some threads and NOT others. I am suggesting you leave it at is, suck it up, and not participate if you don't feel like it. PLEASE drop the "clarification" rouse.

If you're in doubt about something, or there are posts or threads breaking the rules, please use it so we can check it out. We may decide some things are OK and that is a judement call. Overall, the topics you're asking about are not allowed though as the rules state.

Thank you!
Is this clear enough? It is for me.

C'mon, man. I don't know that the snark is necessary. Since when can people not ask for a clarification on the rules?

Thanks for the clarification. That clears things up for me, I understand you can't read every post and you guys don't want to micromanage (who's got the time for that?). If you wanted to close this thread (it seems to be irritating some people) it would be fine by me.

I've now received the information I wanted, I can now post in good conscience without ignoring the forum rules. As far as I'm concerned, I'm done here. Perhaps you'd do me the courtesy of not being so bloody hostile? Thankyou.
