Does anyone know when they'll come to Germany and to which shops?

OK I bought two figures today and I have a question.

Both are from Playmates.

I bought the 6" Uhura figure & the 6" T-700 figure from Terminator Salvation.

The T-700 comes with a Topps trading card

So that reminded me when the Playmates figures of the 90's came with a trading card.

So why doesn't the new ST 6" figures come with a trading card?

I like the figures and all, but their is zero info on the characters on the back. So a trading card at least would have been cool to include.

I finally got a Phaser and Communicator, and I have the Deluxe Captain's costume coming to me.

They are better than I thought they would be for $15.

I only have twenty bucks to spare...*cries*

Oh, well. My minimates will comfort me until I raise the cash for the Enterprise.

I saw it at Walmart, but I decided against getting it... have more important things to buy other than toys at the moment.

maybe in the future

Just an FYI. If you live in a state that has a Meijer store they have the Playmates Star Trek toy line on clearance. The 6" figures are $4.99 each and the Enterprise is $14.99 each. I didn't price the small figures since I already have all of them. They were out of phasers, communicators, Bridge playset and the Transporter playset. So today I bought another Enterprise and 2 of the 6" figures that I needed, Kirk & Cadet Chekov. So all I need now is Pike, Scotty and Sulu. And the Bridge playset to complete my collection. I checked Target and they are still the regular price, but they still have the playsets and plenty of phasers and figures left.

This is a good sign. I was at Walmart this morning and their entire toy department was being redone for the fall lineup. First thing is that for the past few months all they had was a handful of action figures. Today they restocked and not only have action figures (3.75 & 6 inch sizes), but also the Transporter & Bridge playsets, Enterprises and 12 inch figures as well. Plus they had a paper attached to the peg for inventory and an empty slot was for the phasers. I was getting really worried because of the low stock that they were just going to stop carrying the line. But this is a pleasant surprise. Perhaps this is also an indication that the new figures may soon fit the shelves.

No you're not...I HATE them!!! The Head Sculpts are HORRIBLE!! Except for the 12" Old Spock, Dr. McCoy...the rest look nothing like them.

I hoping another Company gets a chance at making some new Movie Figures(perhaps Asylum). I'm a Mego Customizer...and I was really hoping they would make some decent Head Sculpts, so I could turn them in 8" Mego scale(using Hydrospan)...for my Personal Collection of course...not for sale.

These new, less expensive, phasers look good.

For those who may not yet know, the McCoy and Chekov figures in Enterprise uniforms (both 6" and 3.75") will not be released in retail stores with Wave 2. They are online exclusives and may only be available as part of multiple figure assortment pack.
