Thanks, Necromancer. I saw the earlier post you mentioned, but I thought it was worth directly putting question and answer together in the same post by the same lucky fan who got to see the film already... if nothing else, to save NCC's sanity.

If that Berlin newspaper actually reported such a huge factual error (fantasy?), um.... that's not good, and worse is a disservice to Abrams et al and TREK fans in Germany and everywhere. Makes me wonder if they actually saw the film at all now.

Maybe they were getting it confused with the Hustler version of Star Trek.
But seriously, I agree, it is poor form. In fact, a few emails in their general direction may help with a retraction...or at the very least a correction.

They write they've seen the movie and that
serious character change

I don't like this...
Does this scene happen inside or outside of the Nexus? And if so, is it Spock's Nexus, or Uhura's?

I'm prescribing one grain of salt, as needed, until this particular spoiler is verified by your own eyes.

This spoiler already seems to be busted based on reviews from our friends who saw the Sydney premiere, and viewed no such scene in the film between the two characters discussed.

I doubt Abrams and Paramount are premiering different versions of the film around the world.
