AyanEva, if you really want to know, read the brief spoiler I posted in post # 16. Hopefully, it helps.

Great. Now I have an urge to go watch all the YTMND parodies of that.

The "This is CN NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!" is probably my favorite.

K, I'm completely OT now.

They write they've seen the movie and that
serious character change

I don't like this...
Yeah....I've given up on these characters truely sync-ing with Star Trek.
Every time some stupid comes out like this I just go, "Oh well, It's Star Trek but not as we know it, Jim"

Let's slow down, since we have other people who have seen TREK already stating the German report is "half wrong". It seems we've heard that charge before, though perhaps it was a different press outlet.

Perhaps one of our Aussie/Kiwi friends who have seen it can confirm yes or no specifically on this point, in spoiler mode of course?

OK, click on the spoiler tag if you want to know if that German media report is correct or not.

Yeah, I wasn't sure whether it was OK to post the specifics. I was waiting for someone to ask so then I'd know it was OK to elaborate.
