Default Is it too late for a predictions thread?

I know, suddenly there are a bunch of people who've seen it and information is flowing....but is it still possible to post our predictions?

I'm going to go for it. Here's how I see it: if someone "spoils" the answer before general release, then we have the date stamp on the post to prove we got it in before the leak.

1) Uhura will officially be given the name Nyota.
2) We will see Ichaya the selat.
3) We will see Gary Mitchell.

That's pretty much all I feel confident in predicting....anyone else?

I'll go with:

No Gary Mitchell

1. I predict that Archer and Co. will at least get a mention.

2. Prime Spock will die.

3. Because of this movie, Star Trek will continue!

A Finnegan reference, if not appearance

A Number One reference, if not appearance (she really should be in this movie)

and to really go out on a limb here-
I have a theory that the viewscreen/window is in fact only a viewscreen. One that can display (perhaps as the default) a POV that's exactly as if the screen were a window.

I hope Uhura gets a first name.

Kirk will probably not get the "Commendation For Original Thinking" for successfully beating the Kobayashi Maru scenario as stated in TWOK.

Captain Pike will die.

Vulcan will be destroyed.

Bones will say "Dammit Jim!" at least once.

Bones will say "He's Dead, Jim" at least once.

No Gary Mitchell.

Why do you think Vulcan will be destroyed? I can't say that I'll be very pleased if that occurs. Not a deal breaker, but it seems unnecessary.
