Exclamation NASA is recruiting. Who wants to go??

article about recruiting to fill 10-15 positions to be trained for the Orion spacecraft missions. Started in Sept. 2007. You have until July 1st!

LOL!!! This 2009 class will be living on ISS and possibly going to the moon... I'm sure there's room for that...I'm sure the crew would appreciate it, it is a long ride after all.

Better yet, send people we do not care for to Mars. So when they do not return, they will not be missed.

You know Australia was a penal colony... It's pretty hostile by our standards but look how that place turned out! It could work...

I feel bad for the Martians already... we're sending them the crappiest of our society to them! Just like the aboriginal tribes... sigh. History all over again.

I dont think i could handle the pressure, physicaly or mentally. Thats so much on your shoulders, the lives of other people, one mistake and ka-boom!

I'd be afraid of it turning out like that movie sunshine. Those poor people.

Oh and the fame, for good or for bad, no thanks. Im quite happy watching star trek here on earth. However, I hope before I die there will be affordable flights to space.
