Let's say you could gather your own crew by choosing members from any Star Trek franchise, what would be your choices for senior officers?

Here are mine:

Captain: Kathryn Janeway
First Officer: William Riker
Helm: Tom Paris
Science officer: Data
Tactical: Tuvok
Security: Odo
Chief Engineer: Geordi Laforge
Chief Medical Officer: Julian Bashir (not my favourite as a person but a genius in his field)
Communications: Hoshi Sato

You don't need to have all those positions filled, just the ones you want for your ship.
