I liked the covertness of the first one. Everything was top secret and the public had no idea what was going on. In II, they were fighting aliens in subways and out in public everywhere and didn't care who saw what.

I'll be honest, I never got what was so great about the first MIB, and I've never seen the second. That would probably go for a third film as well.
