I just backclick on a pic, copy it, and paste it in my post. I have no idea how the rest of them do it.

photobucket supports thumbnails.
All you need to do is add th_ to the filename in the url. Quote this post to see the text. ie: http://i187.photobucket.com/albums/x...h_movicrew.jpg
