What a great trek episode. For me, what trek is all about is stories like that one. I still remember the feeling it gave me as Sargon and his wife choose to go to Oblivion together. The thought that love, and the respect for life, can make you that
brave was a big thought for a little seven year old's brain. It made me a better person, and that is the best that you can ask a story to do.
When I saw the trailer and I heard Pike say this...
"...your father was the Captain of a starship for 12 minutes, He saved 800 lives. I dare you to do better..."
...I knew that this film might have a chance to be worth the price of admission. I hope I am not wrong.
