I don't like Tarantino's films, they're too violent and bloody and the characters are too cold and merciless, and have few, if any redeeming qualities. I'd rather hang out with the characters from a Sergio Leone spaghetti western than be anywhere near any of Tarantino's berserk, homicidal, monstrous, nutcases. At least Leone's bounty hunters had morals and ethics, even if they were bad ones.

I don't know, I think a mother fighting for the life of her daughter (stolen by her father) is quite a redeeming quality. But nevertheless, I see your point. Tarantino films definitely aren't going to be everyone's cuppa. That's why movie tickets are still optional purchases.
