I`ve just watched the trailer again and i had an idea that the girl Kirk is seen in bed with..Could it be Carol Marcus????

No, it's not a joke.
That really is Rachel Nichols and she really is playing an Orion. An interview with the writers this week confirms that Carol Marcus is not in the film.

Carol Marcus was never aboard the Enterprise. (according to the novel, TWOK) At least not as a member of her crew.
