Default Any artists out there?

I used to draw when I was much younger. For some reason I stopped. Now, about 15 years later, I've been having the "itch" to draw again. So I went out and bought a sketchbook and some drawing pencils. Here is my first sketch in a very, very long time!! I think I'll go back and add more to it, but for now I feel like a kid wanting to show his parents something!!! Saq suggested I show him, now I'm trying to figure out how to post it here. I hope this works.

That didn't work, so here is the link to my newly created photobucket account:

tell me what you think. I'd like to see your artwork too!

I had some digital copies of my artwork on my old computer but it was destroyed in the fire I had 5 years ago...Since then I have been trying to rebuild that sort of thing on my new one but not have the time...I would like to post some of my art that survive the fire later ...untill then Keep up the great work everyone!

Wouldn't call myself an artist (it's a hobby) but I do have some stuff on deviantart and some other places.

ps. Afraid I'm in a bit of a rush at the moment but will definitely check out some of those other links at some point.

"I love to draw!" In Dit's case, that is the understatement of all time. She Draws, she pixillates, she makes movies, etc..... She's the real deal allright.
As for myself, I too drew and wrote poetry when I was a teen. Quite a bit of it, and some liked my stuff. But then I joined the military, and for as long as my hitch was, I was a very busy fellow and didn't have time to do much of it there, and when I finally got out, I didn't seem to have the love for it I did before. Oh, I dabbled in poetry and wrote a couple of short stories, but my heart just wasn't as creative as it used to be, so I know how that feels.
