Default kirk

i was thinking when we see the timeship crash into neros ship that maybe its kirk piloting it. pike dares him to be a better man then his father who sacrificed himself to save the kelvins crew. so kirk goes back in time and stops nero before he can destroy the kelvin. it should end with kirks father saying his captens log and explaining that they are investigating a temporal explosion and that his son was just born, and say that somehow he knows that his son will have a great future than the startrek them will start and the movie will end.

More likely Pike. Probably that's why Spock is a little stressed with Kirk.
