I so hope the ST cops can keep the script and movie locked out of the piracy channel until this movie comes out. I want all of these plot points to be answered on the day I see the flick.

I love the conjecture, the opinions and the debate but I want all to be revealed at midnight on May 8th.

haha....yeah.....small tidbits and trailers reveals are cool but part of the fun is in the theorizing and conjecture, but never really knowing until that day. Things like who dies or doesnt and huge plot spoilers do ruin it. I'm fairly certain we have many surprises awaiting us and I want to keep that intact if possible.

Sacrifice one to save a thousand (or whatever) has always been Spock's logic. Of course, usually the "one" is himself, not someone else.

And, of course, there is the possibility that Spock was following someone else's orders.
