Does anyone know of anyone working on and/or producing some accurate Uniforms based on the new Star Trek??

I'm not talking about the standard run of the mill Halloween uniforms I've seen online.
I want screen accurate possibly material accurate uniforms...I like to go all out for Halloween.

I've never owned a Star Trek Uniform, although the Original series (TWOK-Gen) movie Uniform has always been my fav. I really like the look of the new movie's uniforms...any help would be great.

I have wondered about this for some time. With the Starfleet logo embossed in the fabric, it may be that the only authentic looking uniforms will be produced by a licensed manufacturer for megabucks. Fans with sewing machines may be left out in the cold if they can't source the fabric.

Yeah, those don't look too bad as far as costume store uniforms....but I'm talking an almost direct replica of the actual uniforms...

I know that J. Kerzman does a good TOS star trek with velour, and has patterns for them all. Maybe at some point he can source the patterns and possibly the material. You can check out his site...http://www.costumecostumecostume.com/Trek.htm

I read online that the material was made from Heavy Spandex...whether that's true or not....
