It's so easy to imagine it's almost painful.

A single subforum under "the movie" that's labeled: "Free Discussion, there will be spoilers, enter at your own risk" would make things easier for us and for you. When the inevitable happens and a theoretically "non-Spoiler" thread goes spoiler, it would be a simple thing to move it to the "free discussion" subforum.
Indeed, well put! As I was explaining before two, both approaches will may have the same effect on a topical basis, but without a simple separation of spoiler/non forum areas, it makes administrating for spoilers a post-by-post job... on every topic, continuously. Whereas if a thread either began or evolved into a spoiler discussion, it can simply be reclassified in one simple move and the spoiler issue would be 'permanently' solved for the duration.

I'm sure our 'Shirts see it best from the inside and I'll go along with whatever you all decide. Thanks for your ongoing efforts to keep this forum rocking! THE FUN BEGINS...

And if this site doesn't continue, I'm sure MissionTrek08 would LOVE to host his own forum on his site, right?

I just did the equivalent of inviting myself over! LOL!!!

I hope I pay myself a big salary for running it!

But seriously, I wouldn't want to be a forum admin... which is why I tip my hat to our Red/Blue/Yellow Shirts here as often as I can. They do great work keeping this place running smoothly in largely a thankless job... which is why they deserve our thanks. Cheers!

Personally, I don't mind seeing spoilers...If I know that they are there, and what they may reveal, (based on Title of Thread) then if it is a part I want to keep for a surprise, I will ignore it...but I do think that a Spoiler/Non-Spoiler division would make things easier all around, for the Admins...who do a terrific job!....and for us who read and post. For those who want to learn as little as possible, to keep the suspense, then it should be at least tried that we keep the Spoilers separated as much as possible, it is the courteous thing to do.

Perhaps they will keep this forum going and switch it for the new movie? I don't know what I would be able to do without coming in here daily.

I love spoilers myself. I want all the information I can get. However, the fact is, most people don't want to know in advance and quite a few people get really angry about accidentally seeing a spoiler. From things posted in the movie forum, it looks like the mods are going to try to keep spoilers clearly labeled, which is going to be quite a lot of work.

Yes! The way I describe it is like a months long seduction...every little new reveal adds to the anticipation. Knowing what's ultimately going to happen doesn't detract from the wonder and joy one bit. Hiding from any information, so it's one big "wham, bang!" night seems like a cheap hookup....I want the romance! I want the build up!
