It does seem to focus on almost non-stop destruction - just like the first then!!

Agreed! Kinda Sad To See The Aircraft Carrier Go By By, though.

Spectacular though!!! Though the use of the fleet like that makes me wonder if the film will pick up from close to the end of the first film. It kinda looks like the fleet that dropped the Decepticons into the ocean.

I really liked the first movie, but hopefully this next one isn't the "military ad" that the first one was. I kept expecting "be all that you can be" to appear at some point in the movie. I remember thinking, "Man, Mike Bay really likes the U.S. military."

I thought that it was kinda funny that the aircraft carrier was the only ship in that fleet to be taken out, or so I think. Which aircraft carrier was it anyway, enterprise (no, please no), nimitz, ronald reagon, harry s. truman ect...

I know why it was taken out, but normally, some of an aircraft carrier's escort/protection ships are taken out as well, especially the heavy escorts like cruisers and heavy destroyers

Yeah, he says as much in the commentary. But then they like him, so that's why they gave him such access to their stuff!
