I would be the first to grab after the USS Titan or another Luna Class vessel. Yes I know before people start flaming my post that the vessel is not "Canon". However the book series (Star Trek Titan) is one of my favorites so far and everything that it represents (exploration, discovery, etc) is what I love.

Personally I would gladly take a ten year deep space exploration mission to the Gamma Quadrant or parts of the Beta Quadrant yet untouched by the Federation.
