Famke Jansson, she goes beyond the corny 'hot' label though in my opinion... into the realm of 'lovely'... fantastic to look at like a work of art while still maintaining a level of extreme sexual attraction to most others who just see her as 'hot'.

As far as the main cast, I never really thought of them in a sexual way at all.. more authority figures with power and I respect them. Man that sounds like BS, but it's not... text makes it hard to show you mean what you say.

Marina Sirtis for me, but I agree that she looked better towards the end of TNG. Strangely seeing how well she filled a standard star fleet uniform was sexier than the skin tight low cut outfits she wore in the first half of the series run. Gates never did anything for me, but I don't overly like red hair. Of the minor characters there was a female bajoran ensign that made a few apperances who was hot. Also the half Klingon girl who was Worf's son's mother.

Indeed! A great example of great casting. She certainly fit that character to a tee.

As for the main cast, I'd say Marina Sirtis gets my vote, but for guest stars, the actress who played Yar's sister was quite cute and then there was the episode with Ashley Judd.

Suzie Plakson was K'Ehleyr, Alexander's ma, and a few other characters too. Here's a pic without the forehead.

Except that she is gorgeous and English! Calling her Greek is like saying an American is English/German etc depending on where his/her ancestor came from.
