The doc is one of my fav characters in Voyager.... seeing him evolve into a critical member of the voyager crew was pretty cool.

Yes, I agree. Seeing his evolution was awesome. A great character. In fact characters were pretty strong on Voyager. The Doctor was one of my favs for sure.

I love the doctor, I think he was the only character in Voyager that they really developed properly
