Bob Picardo was easily the best actor in the series imo and the EMH one of the best Trek characters ever created, second only to Bones ime...

I love the doctor! Remember when he asked a borg if he wanted an analgesic for the discomfort of his cybernetic implants? ACK! I realize it was another EMH played by Picardo, but STILL!!

The doctor's sarcasm was hysterical. Oh, and remember when he 'hid' in Seven's cybernetic systems and had a blast eating cheese cake and drinking champagne? Hee!

"Please state the nature of the medical emergency."

"Twenty borg are about to break through that door. We need time to get out. Create a diversion!"

"This isn't part of my programing. I'm a doctor, not a doorstop."

The EMH is clearly one of the best characters,
and because Picardo breathed life into a character who doesnt breathe!!

His appearance in FC was a true highlight!
