It's on track to something.
Confirmation that the dolls are not completely wiped, and there is intellect secretly hidden from their handlers. And quite possibly there is a plan that Alpha implemented and why Echo was left alive as some "inside operative".

Yea we find out a bit about the "Dollhouse" as the episodes unfold.
I think fox.com shows the eps can you access it?

If it streams out the US then probably not. I think that's the problem I have with HULU and a couple others that I tried.

It doesn't matter too much, I'm enough of a fan of Whedon/Dushku etc to buy it unseen anyway. I did that with Firefly itself way back when it came out!! I hadn't seen any of it before I bought it!

Good purchase. I orginally rented all the episodes then I got it for Christmas. LOVED that gift I have it and Serenty and the serenity soundtrack.

A couple of people had raved about it, and I loved Buffy and Angel anyway so add in the 'set in space' and I figured it was worth a chance!

Well I see Dollhouse is finally making it's way to the Sci-Fi channel in the UK - which, of course, is a channel I don't have!!

When it gets released on DVD can anyone who has seen it gauge whether it would be a safe DVD purchase if I had never seen it but was a huge fan of Buffy, Angel and Firefly?

Its quite a bit different than the other series he has done. IT doesn't have as much humor its a bit more serious I guess you could say. It is a good show though. If you could get access to hulu.com you can see it there. I missed the last 2 eps though I need to watch them.

I have. I think it is the best new sci-fi show. I never watched 'Serenity', or Firefly, though i heard about both. 'Dollhouse' is my first exposure to Weedon. The DVD for the first Season will be out in July and I read on a website that it was only renewed for 12-13 episodes for the second season. I don't know why FOX is screwing around with Weedon, but I don't like it.
