the new bridge is at least twice the size of the 1701-A.

Easily, Omega...

Look at all the additional stations behind the Captain alone, plus the ones you don't see in most pics that are around the inside of the lower bridge...

Yes, and with other quotes, it does look bigger, not necessarily better, though I will reserve judgement. However, the size relative to TOS+Movies, does pose continuity problems, as has so many others that have beset this venture.

When i see the new bridge it reminds me of what I think a 23rd century ship might look like.
