Default Will we see Kirk take the The Kobayashi Maru test?

Having watched Wrath of Khan recently, I was wondering whether we will see young Kirk take the test and then "cheat" as its explained.

Thoughts?

A popular and long-standing question here. The consensus seems to be that we might well see Kirk take the test, as it is a somewhat crucial moment in both his character development and in his career, to one extent.

It's certainly a moment fans would enjoy seeing!

If it's in the film, that would give more weight to Kirk's protest to Old Spock. You know the one.

Gotta' watch those "Grease" references, NCC. Different audience, I would guess.
