I thought the Scimitar was the most badass vessel in Trek since the Borg Cube first in TNG. It is also my favorite alien ship of all! I for one am glad to see her little descendants back.

Bring on more shots of Nero's vessel, the Narada!

Believe me, I know! I'm working on a manga based on some characters I've been working on and have copywrited. It ain't easy.

Again, it's only my opinion, and like belly buttons, everyone has one. I looked again at the Countdown pictures in the thread, and I have to say I do believe it is from the comic book.

As alluded in my ever goofy way, it's only one frame. Maybe they were hungry. I don't know, but it just looked odd to these eyes o' mine. But the other frames kicked butt, so I'm not slamming or trashing the artist. Hey, he's published and I'm just trying to get there!

Agreed.

Who do you work for, Mouse?

Back in the 80s I was on the staff of the first issue of Krause Publishing's "Comics Collector," which they ended up giving to Don & Maggie Thompson of The Comics Buyer's Guide because we wouldn't move out to Wisconsin for Krause's convenience...I also did some work with Dave Singer's Deluxe Comics while they existed.

I did some freelance work for Dark Horse Comics in the early 90's and worked independently with workshop for up and coming artists as both a instructor and a student in San Jose...We had artists like Bogdanove and Jenke from DC come and do a 2 day seminar. That is about the extent of my experience in comics. I hope to have a publication of my own here soon...if someone will pick it up.
