*In this case FUBAR is closely associated with JAFO.*
Which leads me to believe that SG-1 may have had a bit of fun with their naming:
Jaffa / Just Another Freakin' Forehead Alien

But, SG-1 had no appeal, so n/m.

Paramount Pictures has been sold to Steve Jobs, who intends to "update" all previous Trek films with the "Apple Store" look to fall in line with current production.
