I assure you, it is the German version and it has been released on Dec 4. I didn't buy it online but in a shop

Fair demand to make the audio commentaries available for download if they have been forgotten in the PAL version. About TM, they are part news, part promotion site right now. But close ties to Paramount don't legitimate censoring reviews
