Default Astounding U.S.S. Kelvin designs by Tobias Richter

If anyone is interested, there's a new superstar artist working on his rendition of the U.S.S. Kelvin over at Scifi-Meshes.com.

His name is Tobias Richter.

Using only the few images we've all seen from the trailer and stills, Tobias has worked modeling magic.

I've included a few of the images below, which are from his ''work in progress'' topic/thread. If you click on them, you'll be taken to the Scifi-Meshes website where his work is being featured to rave reviews on the forum there.

Again, the amazing thing is that these images represent an as of yet ''unfinished'' work.

Can't he do some other angles of the Ent? The designer said that the pic we got was just a bad angle... (and I don't believe him)

Well, on the intel site, we can get all the important angles of the Kelvin, but we are getting no such luck with the Enterprise as yet! Thus making it difficult to generate a model as shown above.

Damn! That's nice! You don't suppose he could use that as a basis to do a mesh of the Classic NCC-1701 do ya?

The guy that designed Kelvin should have done the Enterprise.
