I have to say Bloodthirst is my top favorite. Then Yesterdays Son and the followup All our Yesterdays about Zar, Spock and Zarabeths son. Then Strangers From the Sky, a book that is strangely similar to Carbon Creek from Enterprise.

My favourite Star Trek books are the New Frontier books and the one of those I enjoyed the most was Double or Nothing (Double Helix 5). Seeing Riker trying to lead that crew was priceless!
As for screen-related tie-ins my favourite is the novelisation of The Wrath of Kahn by Vonda McIntyre. It adds another diminsion and I love the extra stuff with the scientists you barely see in the film. I even named my computer after Delwin March. (Yes, I'm that big a nerd). I also rather enjoyed Ice Trap. Lots of Uhura and Chechov. What can I say. My trinity is Chechov, Sulu and Uhura. |

Just finished reading Bloodthirst yesterday - it was excellent! Especially the insight into the McCoy-Chapel-Spock triangle and further exploration into diversity and humanity. Did Dillard do any other ones?

I did not read many Star Trek books.
I only remember Home is the Hunter and Dominion War.... There may have been others. Not really counting photo novels. Also, not Star Trek, Tekwar. |

BLOODTHIRST has always been my favorite book. Crisis on Centarus is another one. We get to meet McCoys daughter, Joanna in that one. I am currently reading the Destiny trilliogy, which I am loving. I also loved the 2 book arc Yesterdays Son, a sequel to All Our Yesterdays, and the second book, I think the name is A Time for Yesterday, in those books we meet Zar, Spocks son.

I kinda stopped reading the books quite some time ago but my favourite Star Trek book of the ones I did read are -
1 - Imzadi 2 - Vendetta 3 - Contamination 4 - The Great Starship Race 5 - (I can't recall the title now but it was Peter David's Q novel that spanned TOS to TNG).

Yes, that was it - I was going to write that but then thought I was getting it mixed up with 'Time Squared' the TNG episode.

One of my Favorites was Peter David's Q-Law.
Laxwana Troi is given powers by Q and Laxwana goes on a rampage when Q rejects her advances... It was...epic.... It was movie worthy.
