Think about. They would HAVE to have developed slices of dry hard meat, fresh meat does not stay fresh for long, and Klingons are hunters and warriors. I believe gagh is just a delicacy, and would be hard to keep alive or find on the go. Anyway, I just remembered, most Klingon food that look like normal hunks of meat are always cooked!
