Default Book Forum?

Any chance we could get a forum area for Star Trek books? I've just recently started taking an interest in them and would like to hear members' thoughts on which books are good, great, bad, etc.
Thoughts?

I would love that, being an avid reader and collector of TOS novels, but I suppose that decision would hinge upon how long these forums will be active. Will they be active only while the movie is in theaters and then dismantled or will they be left up permanently? If they're going to be dismantled at some point, I'd direct you to the Trek literature forum over at Trek BBS.

I don't read the books, but it's an excellent idea and the books certainly deserve a forum. If someone doubts that, consider that the remastering of the original series has included references to ships previously appearing only in the books...

Excellent idea! The book forum could also have a sub heading for magazine articles that have appeared, and maybe one for "Trek in the News"

I created a book forum. I don't want to bury trek news in a sub forum. Most news at this point is about the movie, toys coming out, games, etc and are appropriate for those forums
