Well almost always. He was good as the President in Captain America and in the movie about the FBI shootout in Florida he was great. Also no jerk in Beverly Hills Cop.

But he's supposedly the nicest person in real life - probably why he does villains so well, it let's him stretch his legs and be something else!!
