Not according to the schedule. Besides, Wouldn't a life size E be just a tad big for the parade route?
Would have been nice though. |

The premiere will be filmed on the deck of the life size carrier USS Enterprise. The one that was in Star Trek IV. That is what he means. The movie Pearl Harbor was also premiered on the deck of that ship at Pearl.

A life sized TOS NCC-1701 would be nine hundred and forty seven feet long. That's longer than most skyscrapers are tall. It would be neat to see someone build a model that big, but even if it were only a hollow shell, the materials alone would still cost somewhere in the tens of millions. Paying the people who built it would probably cost a similar amount. It's just unfeasable unless your building a real starship capable of space flight. Humanity isn't quite finished bickering at each other and arguing over petty crap enough to do that yet. At the rate we're going, we probably won't be ready by the 23rd century either.
