Default NCC-1701.com Viral Site update?

So will the NCC-1701.com Viral Site be updated or what? I mean you might as well update it some more to entice more people. Heck why not even have a schematic of the new Enterprise on there too?

I've checked back from time to time, nothing seems different to me.

I must be missing something. I went to that site and all I saw were fuzzy camera. I dont know what the deal is with the little dials at the bottom.

The object is to tune each camera's signal to 100% strength exactly, then the video images are displayed.

The mystery remains how to interpret what we see there (or will soon be revealed there) to find hidden (viral) info about the film.

My guess is that the site will resume its function in January, as it began a year ago before the release date change.

i agree. its only logical, anyways, they would have gotten rid of the domain instead of paying every month to keep it...

Actually, they wouldn't give up the domain at all, since some unscrupulous person could then buy it and put on it any terrible thing they wanted which could give ST a bad rep through no fault of its own.

I'd expect them to keep the domain even long after the site goes inactive -- the expense is insignificant to a studio's budget.
