Default My three favorite shows:

NCIS, Firefly and House, M.D.

Contenders for those spots:

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and (though this is its last season) Stargate: Atlantis.

Yours?

Current T.V. shows? "NCIS" would be among them. It's so richly character driven that I can forget about the dead bodies (Let's put it this way, I could NOT be a forensic scientist!). I like Cryptozoology (I want to believe!) a lot, so i would have to pick "Monster Quest" and "Is It Real?" as my other two.

My favorite 3 shows are the new BSG, Stargate Atlantis and Lost

Fringe is working it's way up there though, but I'd say Boston Legal will be one of my favs once Atlantis is over, which will be ending the same time as Boston Legal.

From shows that are being made:
Doctor Who(!!!)
Heroes.
Merlin (a BBC show concerning the adventures of an adolescent Merlin. It is not jaw-droppingly amazing, but is entertaining!)

I'm possibly the last man on Earth who hasn't seen Firefly and/or Serenity...

My current favourite shows would be Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles, Doctor Who, and Outrageous Fortune. The latter is one you might not have heard of; it's a New Zealand-made drama that's had limited international exposure. The UK show Honest is based on it, though.

Other shows I'm very partial to include QI, Torchwood (so much better in its second season!), Futurama and any David Attenborough documentary that happens to be on. In fact, all of these shows - and others - could easily be in the top three, but I tried to limit that list to shows that are currently, or recently, on air.

I'm also partial to a lot of British comedy. Some of the best humour ever created by humanity has come out of the UK...
