Our planet's sky appears orange/red/purple at sunset. Maybe Vulcan's sky turns from red to blue when its sun sets? Skies appear to be different colours during different times, seasons, and weather anomalies. It's really no big deal if Vulcan looks a little different from time to time.

Who's to say this is Vulcan? Could be another planet with Vulcans on it. I know the story is supposed to be centred around Vulcan, but thats only what we've been leaked.
If it is Vulcan, definitely shouldn't have a blue sky.

The color of the sky doesn't matter to me. Little changes like sky color don't have any affect on the overall plot of the movie.

If these shots are Vulcan, the post-production color timing may not be complete yet on such shots -- but they wanted the images in the trailer anyway. Happens a lot.

Ive consderd this, sents Trailer shots are often not the same color as in the final film, Im hoping that is the case here.

Doing away with the gold sky is not the same as doing away with 60's asthetics, it's something dstinctly Vulcan just as the color of their blood, I agree that their Sky is not always the exact same color, given differn't times of day and differnt seasons, but overall it is Gold, thats something that does not need to be thrown.
