I have seen some of the work that many of the cast have been in, but if put up against Nimoy...he's going to win everytime in my book. That's who I voted for.

Kirk is a very hard role to live up to, and a lot of people seem to be very wary of him still. But hopefully, he will win over many people over once they see him perform. HOPEFULLY!

I was really psyched to see Greenwood cast as Pike. I've been a fan of his since Thirteen Days, and can't wait to see what he does with this role.

Urban was a bit of a surprise -- I only know him from LOTR, and I was in the section rooting for Gary Sinise to play McCoy -- but he seems to have the look down (from the Cloverfield premiere photos) and he's definitely got the right level of enthusiasm about the film, so I think he'll do just fine.

I'm not too familiar with most of the cast (apart from Leonard Nimoy of course!), though I've been a fan of Simon Pegg's for a long time. I still can't get my head round him being Scotty, that's going to take a lot of getting used to for me I think. I'm sure he'll do well though.

Eric Bana. He is one of the stronger and more familiar actors from the group. Plus he is playing the villain, Nero. I love my Star Trek villains and I believe he will not dissapoint.

Also looking forward to Nimoy after all these years. Plue Pine, Quinto, and Greenwood.

Zoe Saldana. I would crawl across hot coals for that girl.
But let me give you a tip guys. If ever you crawl across hot coals for a girl, make sure you are wearing at least ten pairs of undies.
Not much point getting across otherwise.
That's what i've learnt.

I feel curious and extremely excited by all the casting choices. If done correctly, this will be a great cinematic experience.
