Mine are: Simon Pegg, Zachary Quinto and John Cho... They where on the top of my favorite actors list even before Star Trek XI was on the development table...

A little early to say. Almost all these actors are unknown quantities to me. I'd need to see the movie first to make any such determination.

Zach Quinto as Spock was inspired casting... and including Nimoy pleases me no end. Simon Pegg as Scotty holds a lot of promise... I hope he gets to be a little over-the-top, Scotty-style. Karl Urban has also grown on me having studied his look. I am anxious to see how Chris Pine does... can he pull of Kirk's passion, bravado and mannerisms without drifting into a Shatner imitation/parody? I believe so, but I am anxious to see for myself!

I really don't see how this poll has an credibility as its obvious Nimoy will be the run away winner since he's been so involved with both an iconic character and Trek in general for so many years. Perhaps a new version without Nimoy is in order?

I'll have to say I was greatly surprised to see Bruce Greenwood and Karl Urban. It would be very curious to see their take on their respective roles.

Don't you think its a little unfair to put Leonard Nimoy on the poll? He's the only actor in the cast that's proven himself already. Still, I'm optimistic about the new young actors and their respective performances. I think aside from Mr. Nimoy, its a little hard to tell which will be my favorite.
