It's labeled: fourth callout. It's taller than shown, since the internal layout is more complicated than can be shown in a figure like this. That big shuttlebay is very wide, as can be seen from the model, and there would be more engineering stuff in the center. But the drawing emphasizes the shuttlebay.

just going on wing span your rear fighter icons might be a bit too big if I go by ratio of length to width or wing span.

I should mark the wide doors seen on the model (next to the yellow greeble in the photo) as fighter doors and not show fighters near those narrower doors. In fact, the tail housings could house nothing but four more torpedo launchers. There are also side-facing wide doors not visible in the above picture, near the forward part of the shuttlebay, just above the nacelle-mounted torpedo launchers.

I don't understand...0n the Rider model the areas you are talking about are lit Engine Intercoolers. Where does the information come from that they are shuttle bay doors on the Yeager?

Maybe I'm wrong. I was just trying to do a quick job of turning my Voyager MSD into a Yeager MSD and saw that big boxy thing jammed in there. The Interpid class doesn't have huge intercoolers showing, and I doubt the Intrepid prototypes did. Logically, the Yeager ships were built for urgent use in the Dominion War by scavenging otherwise unused Intrepid prototypes and other shipyard surplus, without regard for styling. So I imagined that that big boxy space should be a shuttlebay for Federation fighters, not because someone said so but because it's hard to see it as anything else under the circumstances. And the nacelle-mounted torpedo launchers should be a hint that this thing was out there to rain hell on Jem'Hadar.

Anyway, this remake of an my old Ent-B is done:
