The bottom one is nice, but I think the secondary hull with the deflector dish should be stretch forward just like it was originally. The original TV Enterprise does in fact have the secondary hull and deflector stick out farther ahead of the neck like in the top pic. While I see what the bottom pic tries to do, I think the secondary hull on the bottom pic resembles the TMP era more in terms of proportions while the top one resembles the TOS era more, again speaking in terms of proportions. The TOS era secondary hull had a larger length to beam ratio than the TMP era.

I think the thing I'd really like to see done to it most is thin the fronts of the nacelles and cover up the glowing blue 'racing stripes -- or if, God forbid, you have to have 'em at least cover them on the outer nacelles and use the TMP style ones on the inner nacelles.
