Think it will target everyone. This trek will def pull a whole new audience in. It looks just so much fun. Old trek fans won't be disapointed.

Does it Look Like One Of Those " Canon Rules" Films Or Is It More Of A ST-WOK Films?

So all the talk about Gabe saying he didn't work on the film... was actually TRUE?

Gee, go figure. So much for conspiracies.

Thanks for the update and insights, Tanman!

I've had faith in Abrams the whole way. I can see how they could get to a meeting between old and young Spock based on what the clips showed.

The Spoiler Tag is, again, not working for me....when I go to preview the post, it just vanishes....so I won't post how I think they could get there. I'm sure anyone with an imagination who reads the report of the clips can figure out a way.

That brought back memories. When Roddenberry visited Columbus, Ohio in 1979, he brought with him a two minute reel of ST:TMP and played it before a huge audience at the Ohio Theater. During the viewing the entire theater erupted with camera flashes. Damn, I left mine at home.

So, you did take your camera with you?

This is a really good time for Trek. I think next year the film really is going to be HUGE.
