No, i wouldn't trekie. Because all my experiences have made me who i am today. and if i went back and changed that, I'd be a different person and maybe i wouldnt have discovered this forum or the new me might not have any friends. Either way i would not want to change my past.

I agree with Matt. Any change in any event in our past would have ramifications on every subsequent event. Even the bad things that happen to us have the potential to benefit us. Had Picard backed down from that fight, look what would have happened to him. So having an artificial heart isn't so bad after all.

I would only change a few things.
BUt they would be big things. I would do things quicker in life...I wouldn't waste as much time.

I agree that any change would indeed have the potential for major changes, but unlike Picard, until you make them you can never know those ramifications would be worse than the option you took the first time, they might have better consequences - I'd still do it for the fun of it!!

Only if I had a sense of what could be if I made the same decisions I made before. If I had an alarm that went off every time I was about to make one of those same ill-fated decisions, I would change much.
