Here's a crazy idea: instead of typing up a post about how no one is talking, instead use your imagination, come up with a new TREK-related topic, and START some discussion?

Light a candle instead of cursing the darkness.

I think the idea behind this thread is that it laments the lack of people, rather than the lack of activity.

wow, I'm touched
for the record, I've been trying the whole, start new Trek discussion thing, and it doesn't seem to be going over all that well. I was just curious if anyone else noticed what I noticed.

You're right, KJ...but I think it's a natural function of the seasons....kids went back to school. For those in school it means loss of hours available to post, for parents of kids who went back to school it means a ramp up of school related time restraints (I missed the VP debate because I was at Open House) and it's the begining of Football season so any kids or parents involved with Football lose time online. For me, that's big. My daughter cheers for a Pop Warner team and hubby and I are dedicated Charger fans (losers that they are)....so, our time is really affected.

Why'd you have to give a logical and reasonable explanation? Now the mystique of this thread is gone! JK...
