Just wondering what other shows do you people like to watch and why(other than ST). Doesn't have to be a sci-fi show.
And what shows you guys wished they bring back.
Here's my list of shows I really enjoy:
ST of course (tng,ds9,voyager,enterprise), sarah conner chronicles, Heroes, eureka, bsg, chuck, big bang theory, desperate house wives, family guy, smallville, and a few other i can' think of.
I really wish they can bring back firefly, what an excellent show, invasion, blade the series.
What do you guys think of my list.

I like your list, I've seen or watched most of what you mentioned, but other than the star trek shows, BSG and Heroes for me are the ones I've followed most closely.

I think my favorite scifi show is Galactica, but I do enjoy the two stargate shows quite a bit. One thing I really like about them is that they take place in the present. The technology is out there, we're tapping into it and the world knows nothing about it. I like that dynamic of the show and think it's the closest thing to Trek that's on TV today.

In star trek they'd go to a new world every week, explore and have an adventure. It's the same thing with stargate but it's us, today, in the present so it's an interesting take I think.

Looking forward to the live action starwars series. If it's good, it'll be added to my list!

BTW, I do wish they'd bring back Enterprise, give it another chance, it had potential!

Jtrek I had totally forgotten about Captain Power I used to love that show! I wish it lasted longer it would be kinda cool to make it more serious.

Yeah but even now i love the 80's flavour of that show.Lord dread and his minions,his two guardian robots, blastar and soran,jonathan power and his team.do you know that lord dread was the first borg like creature before star trek tng introduced them? and the show it self had the signature of babylon 5's creator? I think there was some kind of pistol available only in the US witch allowed you to shoot the bad guys

It was the ships there was a good guy ship and a bad guy ship I had the good guy ship and a video tape to play with the TV it was darn cool! I still wish I had it.

Current shows I like - Bones, BSG, Supernatural, Entourage, Family Guy, Big Bang Theory, Grey's Anatomy, Gavin and Stacey, Damages, 24, Desperate Housewives, Reaper and sometimes NCIS and House. CSI: Las Vegas is showing worrying signs of losing it but I'll still watch it to see how it goes.

Recent but cancelled - Arrested Development, Frasier, Friends, Alias, The X-Files, Invasion (WHY!!!! why was it cancelled on a cliffhanger!), Buffy, Angel, Tru Calling, Garth Marenghi's Darkplace, Phoenix Nights, The O.C., Firefly.

Older still - Mad About You, The Golden Girls, SeaQuest DSV, DS9, TNG, TOS, The A-Team, Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, Quantum Leap, Northern Exposure, Ellen, L.A Law, Cybill, Moonlighting, Knight Rider.

There's probably a lot more - right now my top is also BSG, but only coz there's hasn't been a show that's kept me guessing about it's secrets in a long time!
