Default Paul Newman 1925-2008

Actor and humanitarian Paul Newman has died of cancer in his home in Westport, Connecticut. He was 83.

Salutations and thanks for a great career of masterful performances and decades of fine entertainment. Rest easy, sir.

"Cool Hand Luke", "The Left-Handed Gun", "The Towering Inferno", "The Hustler", "Butch Cassidy And The Sundance Kid", "Cars", "Sometimes A Great Notion" (a.k.a. "Never Give An Inch"). These are just a few of the good films he helped make great. He also raced cars and sold very good salad dressing and popcorn to us masses. Feeding people is a noble deed. I hope he rests in peace. Have a safe trip Paul, and say hello to God for us.

A true class act in whatever he did. He should be a role model for all other actors, not only for his craft, but also for his philanthropy and generosity. We will miss you!
