I have no idea where the thread was, but months ago people were making predictions about the World Series and post-season play.

I hinted at the possibility of a freeway series between the Angels and Dodgers, so at least the matchup is possible. Though I have doubts the Dodgers will get all the way to the finals. I do think there's a really good shot the Angels make the WS.

The funny thing is, the Dodgers got the NL West Championship by virtue of Arizona's loss...then went out and lost to my pitiful Padres....I don't think that bodes well.

Well, there is no doubt a bit of 'let down' in playing remaining games after securing the division title. Then again, losing to the Padres IS bad.
