Reminds me of a screenplay I wrote a few years back... (my entry into the ultra low budget "shot on a camcorder" type film) The story involved an artist who slowly turned herself into a monster, via plastic surgery, just for the "art" of it. It was inspired partially by the old "Outer Limits" episode "Archetects of Fear" with Robert Culp.

Sad to think this sort of thing DOES happen to people, and that they actually paid for it to be done to them. I hope she remains rich... the life in the shadows she has to lead should at least be comfortable.

I guess he never heard that someone else had already gotten the job.

It was actually her husband (a famous art collector) who had a thing for exotic cats. When he started having an affair, she started her "transformation" in hopes of becomimg more appealing to him. Needless to say, it didn't work.

Well, that was so not the sexy that it created an anti-sexy displacement effect.

And we're using the word "career" somewhat loosely!

Ah, right, I missed the '90s-era-PC "choice" as a euphemism for "most incredibly dumb**** move I've seen this week." Kind of like "progress" and "change" were code-words for "swindle."
